Hey, everyone. So, today I’m gonna show you how to make any basic outfit look good. I’ve used items you should easily be able to find in your own wardrobe, so I really hope you enjoy it, and let’s get into it! I’m starting out by wearing this plain, white T-shirt from River Island and a pair of Topshop ripped-knee Joni jeans. I love these jeans, by the way. If you watch my videos, you’ll know, because I wear them literally nonstop.

Roll Up Sleeves

So, one of my favorite things to do, which I think instantly makes any plain T-shirt look better, is to roll up the sleeves. So, I literally just roll them up, but you could add a couple of stitches to it if you wanted to keep them up. I’m just really bad at sewing and stuff, so I avoid it at all costs. But, yeah, I just think it makes it look a lot more fitted and flattering, and I just think it’s definitely something to remember to do. 我最愛做的一件事，也是我覺得可以讓素 T 立刻變好看的方法，就是把袖子捲起來。我就是直接把袖子捲起來，但你怕掉下來的話，可以加幾根針固定。但我實在太不會縫東西了，所以我不管怎樣都避免用針縫。但，對，我只是覺得這樣看起來會更合適好看，我覺得這是一定要記得做的。

Tie Up T-shirt
把 T-shirt 綁起來

Another little trick which I think makes a T-shirt look better is to tie it up on one side. So, to tie my T-shirts, I just take a clear elastic band and create, like, a little ponytail, then I pull it through the band halfway then twist it over again. It’s basically the same process as when you do a bun in your hair. I can’t really explain it. I’ll just play the clip a few times. But it’s so easy, and it just makes it look so much better and fitted again.
另一個我覺得可以讓素 T 變好看的小訣竅就是把一邊綁起來。要綁我的衣服的話，我會拿個透明的橡皮筋，抓出一個像馬尾一樣的衣角，讓橡皮筋套一半，接著再轉一圈。這跟你綁包包頭基本上是一樣的步驟。我有點難解釋。我就把這個片段多播幾次給你們看。但這方法很簡單，而且讓衣服變得更好看合身了。

Denim Jacket

So, next, another way to dress up a basic outfit, I think, is to add a denim jacket, and I’m sure you’ll all have one in your wardrobe. I’m just putting this one over the top from Topshop. I just think it makes it look so much better, and I like to wear my jackets off the shoulder, as I just think it looks nicer that way.
那我覺得另一個基本穿搭的搭配方式就是加一件丹寧外套，我很確定你在衣櫃一定找得到。我要把這件 Topshop 的外套套上。我覺得這樣看起來會好看很多，而且我喜歡把外套拉到肩膀以下，因為我覺得這樣看起來比較好看。

Off Shoulder

Now I’ve just switched my T-shirt to a black one from Jack Wills. And I’m just pulling it off the shoulder and then tying up the T-shirt again. I just think it makes it look a little bit more interesting, and, yeah, I just like to do this if I got a really basic outfit.

Wear a Belt

Another thing I like to do to dress up an outfit is to wear a belt. So, I’m just putting on this black and silver one from ASOS. And again, I just think it finishes off the outfit more. I also like to wear this brown and gold belt from River Island, too, if I’m wearing a lighter-colored jeans, which is a blue one or a white one, or something like that.

Camel Coat

Camel coats can instantly dress up any outfit. And I think they look good either just, kind of, resting on your shoulders or even just normally. This one is from Topshop, but you can get these from so many different places. I think they’re a really good investment to just elevate your outfits more. And especially, if you, kind of, going for something more formal, or if you’re going for a meal or something like that, and you just wanna chuck something on, I definitely recommend looking into one of those if you don’t have one.

Khaki Shirt

I also think a khaki shirt like this one can work wonders, too. It just adds an extra bit, of course, to the outfit, instantly makes it look more put together. This one’s from New Look, but I’ll leave similar ones in the description. As again, you can get these from anywhere.

Checked Shirt

One of my favorite tricks to do is to tie a checked shirt around my waist. So, this one from Jack Wills, and I love it so much. And I literally just tie it around. And again, I just think it makes an outfit look a lot more interesting.

Checked Shirt and Leather Jacket

If you wanted to take at the checked-shirt style one step further, you could also throw a leather jacket over the top. This one is from Topshop; I’ll leave similar ones in the description. But again, I just think it makes it look super relaxed and cool, and I just really like doing this.

Tuck In

Another trick I like to do is when I’m wearing a shirt or blouse that’s too long for me, I find it can look sometimes a little bit messy if you just tuck it in, so I just create another small ponytail with the bottom of my blouse, and then take a clear elastic and secure it, then you just tuck that in, and it instantly looks a lot neater and more fitted than if you just tuck it in normally. I definitely recommend doing this, especially if you’re shorter. It just makes it look so much more fitted and neater.

Hello, everybody. Welcome back to my channel. My name is Jessica, and today’s video is going to be on these cute and easy hairstyles for when you don’t know what to do with your hair. These are super simple and mostly accessory-focused, so, if you wanna see how I did it, then just keep watching.

Start by brushing your hair. Next, I’m using heat protectant.
首先要梳頭髮。接下來，我要用抗熱噴霧。

For this first hairstyle, I’m starting by twisting the hair away from my face and then braiding halfway down. You can definitely braid all the way down, but I think leaving some of the wavy texture at the end is cute.
第一個髮型，我先把頭髮稍微纏繞拉起來，接著往下編辮子，編到一半的長度。當然你也可以往下把辮子編到底，但我覺得留一些髮尾做出微捲的效果很可愛。

For style number two, I’m gonna do the same thing on the other side. You can use whatever color hairband you want, but I think using a different-colored hairband adds personality to the look.

I’m working with second-day hair, and sometimes it looks flatter because of product, so style number three and four are my go-to when my hair’s looking a little too flat to revive. All you need are some different-colored bobby pins. It takes, like, a minute to do, and you’re ready!
因為我前一天沒洗頭，有時候會因為有美髮用品殘留而讓頭髮看起來比較扁塌，所以第三和第四個髮型是我頭髮塌到沒辦法吹澎時的必備髮型。你只需要一些不同顏色的髮夾。三兩下就完成了！

I’m gonna change up my part for this next style. I usually don’t like low ponies, but this look is so effortlessly cute—perfect for lazy days.
下一個造型我想要換一下頭髮的分線位置。我平常不太喜歡低馬尾，但這個造型看起來很隨意又很可愛－－懶得打扮時的完美髮型。

You can also just leave the low pony out and do the side part with your hair down for a princessy look.

I used to do this hairstyle a lot when I did Instagram Lives back in Florida. With this, you can barely tell these are second-day waves, especially after re-curling the front pieces.

I’m taking half of my hair and putting it into a high pony. And then I’m just gonna clip that extra strand to the side. This style makes your hair look super long and voluminous since there’s an extra layer of hair below.
我要把一半的頭髮綁高馬尾。剩下這部分的髮束夾在旁邊。這個造型會讓你的頭髮看起來超級長，髮量很多，因為下層的頭髮是放下來的。

And for the last style, I’m leaving that front piece of hair out and adding alternating colored hairpins to the top, which makes for a really cute accent.

Her nose hair… I really didn’t do anything with it. I kinda just left it alone because it’s all just growing out of there like a wild animal. For her teeth, I didn’t touch them, but she probably should. Maybe she should brush them. Obviously, I didn’t want to ruin anything about her mustache, because I think it’s impressive as is by itself. I got boring. Like, it’s boring making you look good because it’s so easy and natural for you.

Hey, guys. Welcome back to my channel. Today, I have no brows because today I’ll be talking about the differences between Korean brows and Western brows, just the different trends that I saw while living in America and now living in Korea. So, I’ll be demonstrating today. I’ll be doing the Korean eyebrow on this side and the American-Western brow on this side. So, let’s get started.

So, I normally draw my brows more towards the Korean side. I like the thicker, kind of straighter brows with not much of an arch. My favorite product for the brow is the Anastasia Brow Wiz, in the shade Taupe. This is the perfect shade if you have, like, dark hair or brown hair. It’s best to go for a shade that’s one tone lighter than your hair color. So, this is the Taupe shade. You see how it makes very light strokes, and it’s not too harsh. These are the products that you’ll want to use when doing your brows.
那我通常比較常畫偏向韓式眉毛的樣子。我喜歡比較粗，有點直的眉毛，弧度沒有那麼大。我最喜歡的眉毛產品是 Anastasia 的 Brow Wiz 極細持久精準旋轉雙頭眉筆，色號是 Taupe（灰褐色）。如果你的髮色是黑色或咖啡色，這個色號是最完美的。眉毛顏色選比你髮色淺一個色號是最完美的。那這就是 Taupe 的顏色。你可以看到它畫出來的線條很淡，不會太濃。畫眉毛的時候你會比較想要用這類產品。

So, to get the straighter brows, I’m going to conceal the top here with concealer. And this is from W.Lab—the Creamy Cover Tip Concealer. So, you could just cover it with concealer or you could pluck them.
那麼，如果要畫出比較直的眉毛，我會用遮瑕遮一下眉毛上方。這是 W.Lab 的高效遮瑕液。那你可以用遮瑕遮一下眉毛上方，或直接拔掉眉毛也可以。

I’m pretty sure a lot of you guys know this tip: to start your brows from here, and then your arch is right here, and then it should end right about here.
我很確定你們很多人都知道這個撇步：從這裡畫眉毛，然後眉峰在這邊，接著大概畫到這邊結束。

Let’s start with the Korean brow trend. As mentioned earlier, I want to start my brows, like, right about here, and end it right here.

So, first, conceal or pluck the high point of your brows to achieve the straighter, horizontal brow shape. Now, don’t make it completely horizontal, and do leave a very slight angle. So, after you’re satisfied with the angle and decide on the thickness, start drawing a line on top of your brows with really light strokes so it doesn’t look too harsh. Korean brows are more on the softer and natural side.
那首先，用遮瑕遮一下眉毛比較高的地方，或拔掉眉毛，才能畫出比較直、比較水平的眉形。但不要完全水平，要留一點小小的弧度。滿意角度、決定好粗細度之後，從你的眉毛上方開始用很淡的筆觸畫，以免看起來太過濃。韓式眉型式比較偏向柔和自然。

To have no arch, draw a line straight across to the end of the tail like this. And then, just start filling in that area right under the arch. And this will make their brows look more straight and thick. And again, with very light strokes. Now connect the top point of your brow to the end of the brow tail, and fill in all the little empty areas. Now I’m going to use a Q-tip to blend some of the products in the center of the brow to the front of the brow so it looks very natural and soft.

Okay, so the thickness of the brow is the same here with no arch and with a very short tail. It does give me a very youthful, soft look. So, done with the Korean brow trend. Now let’s move on to the Western brow trend.
好，那這一段的眉毛粗細是一樣的，沒有弧度，眉尾很短。這種眉型給我很年輕、柔和的感覺。那韓式眉毛就畫好了。現在就接著畫歐美眉毛吧。

So, this time, I want a very nice arched brow. Since I normally do my brows very straight, I’m going to create a more angled brow by lining the top of the brows and drawing it slightly above the arch. Since I normally pluck this area to make it more horizontal, so I just…like this.
那這次我想要畫出很漂亮、有弧度的眉毛。因為我通常都畫很平的眉毛，所以現在要畫出一個比較有弧度的眉毛，我要先畫眉毛上方的輪廓，稍微畫到眉峰上方的位置。因為我通常都會拔這個部位的眉毛，讓它看起來比較平，所以呢，我會這樣畫。

Now lining the bottom of the brows. This time, I want a nice arched brow, so not drawing it, like, straight across like before. I’m also keeping the brows thicker in the front and thinner towards the end and then drawing it downward.
現在勾勒出眉毛下方的輪廓。這次我想要畫一個很漂亮的弧形眉，所以不要像剛剛一樣直直畫過去。我也要讓眉型保持眉頭粗、眉尾細，然後往下畫。

Just like before, I’m blending the product from the center up to the front so I don’t have any harsh look in the front of the brow. Defining the ends a little bit more…okay, so it’s thick to thin. Now apply some concealer to clean up the area and define the edges at the top and bottom, and then just blend it. All cleaned up.

Now, Western brows, they have a really nice highlight on the brow bone. So, grabbing my favorite shade and popping it right here. So, done with the Western brow trend.

Here are the two brow trends side by side: huge difference, right? So, here’s how the brows look. From, uh, faraway, they do look slightly different. The Korean brow trend. And then, this side makes me look more sexy.

So, hack number one: Instead of using bar soap or shaving cream, just use conditioner because first of all, it’s something that we all have lying around in our shower, and second of all, it typically smells a heck of a lot better, and it moisturizes your legs while you’re using it. And instead of bar soap, which can kind of clog up your razor, this won’t do that.
那麼，第一招，不要用肥皂或是除毛霜，只要使用潤髮乳就好，因為首先，它是我們浴室裡一定會有的東西，第二，它通常都更好聞，而且它在你使用的時候還可以滋潤你的雙腿。不要用肥皂，肥皂有可能會卡在你的除毛刀上面，這個卻不會。

Tip number two: Make sure to moisturize once you’re done shaving to lock in the moisture, and use an unscented lotion. I personally like the Aveeno daily moisturizing lotion, but you can use anything. If you have sensitive skin, especially, this tip is for you because scented lotions, after you shave, can really start to irritate your skin.
第二招：除完毛記得要做好保濕以鎖住水分，並使用無香料的乳液。我個人喜歡 Aveeno 這款日常保濕乳液，但你可以使用任何保濕產品。如果你是敏感肌，這招是特別給你的喔，因為有添加香料的乳液在你除完毛並抹上它之後，可能會對你的造成肌膚不適。

Tip number three: If you have dark underarms and that makes you uncomfortable, a really easy and cost-effective way to help lighten that is either to wax your underarms so you don’t get the buildup of hair underneath, which is what can kind of cause a darker appearance under your arms, or you could try a potato. Yeah, a potato. And you don’t even need a full potato; you could just cut it in half, rub that little piece that you see there under your arms every day or after you shower or after you shave, and it helps to drastically lighten your underarms if that’s a trouble area for you.

Tip number four: If you ever cut yourself while shaving, this is your best friend. This is just a ChapStick, and all you’re gonna wanna do is take off the lid, take a little bit on your finger, and rub it on the cut. And it’s gonna stop the bleeding and really activate the healing so you don’t have these horrible scars or bumps or bruises from shaving your legs. And again, we all have a million ChapSticks lying around just like we have a million bottles of conditioner.

Men’s razors are so substantially better than female razors, and it’s not even fair, like, it’s not fair, like, these are used on men’s faces, so it’s good for coarse hair, so it generally gets a closer, sharper shave. So, why wouldn’t we go to these? I don’t need the pink attached just because it’s made for me, and it’s pink. I can use this and save myself two dollars.

And my very favorite tip, and this is one that really sparked the idea of this video because this is the thing that really changed my life. My leg hair grows way too fast, like, way too fast. I would have to shave my legs every single day in the summer because I personally don’t enjoy the look of hair or the feeling of stubble on my legs at least in the summer; in the winter I’m basically a Yeti. So now, instead of shaving my legs every day, I shave my legs maybe every three days, which is a substantial change for me because I’m a hairy person.

So all you need to do is exfoliate—super straightforward tip, I understand. You can make your own, and I love to make my own. I just use some olive oil. I use some brown sugar. You can also use white sugar. I just prefer brown because I find it to be more coarse and moisturizing. And you mix it together; put that in your bathroom; you have your own homemade scrub. But the real trick here is to exfoliate your legs with this scrub in the shower, then go over and shave, and then exfoliate your legs again so you’re getting off even more dead skin and you’re getting below the hair follicles and then shave again. And oh my gosh, you guys! I promise you—try this. You will never, ever feel softer legs. If you have horribly dry skin, if you have just problem areas on your legs, this gets rid of everything. It is amazing, and especially using natural products like olive oil and brown sugar, you’re not adding anything else, any irritating scents in case you have sensitive skin. And again, cost-effective. Because it’s not like we chose to have armpit hair and leg hair. It’s not like we need to go out and spend an outrageous amount of money to keep ourselves trimmed if we choose to do that. So, make your own stuff. Keep it cost-effective. DIY the crap out of your shaving routine.

One: Play some relaxing music.

First things first, if you’re feeling a bit stressed, the first thing you can do is play some relaxing music. Then you can also light some scented candles. Both of my candles are from Bath & Body Works, but honestly, they don’t really smell that good. And lastly, don’t forget to turn on your fairy lights.

So, I actually love face masks. And this one is my favorite, so I definitely recommend to put on a face mask if you’re feeling a bit stressed. It also cleans your pores.

Six: Ignore all your responsibilities/homework.
